BA Program in Southeast Asian Languages and Cultures will host the 1st NCCU International Conference on
Southeast Asian Socio-Cultural Studies from December 16th (Saturday) to December 17th (Sunday) at the
First and Second Conference Rooms on the seventh floor of the Administration Building. The theme of the
conference is " Contemporary Issues in Southeast Asian Socio-Cultural Studies"

To integrate relevant studies from both domestic and international perspectives, BA Program in Southeast Asian
Languages and Cultures is honored to invite scholars from more than 8 different countries to share their
insights on the region of Southeast Asia. The speakers cover a wide range of backgrounds, promising
to bring a fresh perspective to the study of Southeast Asia in Taiwan. This rare opportunity is open to all,
and we welcome your presence.
